- Compatible with a variety of fabrics including stretch knits, wovens, and denim. (Note: Down jackets, ultra‑thin, or excessively slippery fabrics require specially designed material rollers.)
Fabric edge alignment controlling for rolling fabric
Infrared ray edge alignment system,error 5mm.
Spreading fabric system
Dual fabric spreading rollers are equipped to effectively remove wrinkles (specially for knitted fabrics).
Accurate Length Counting
Equipped with high precision digital counter, can switch meter/yard(default:m),counting error: ±0.5% ,precision 0.01mm.
Clear view for fabric inspection
Upper lamp shade and lower light box ,equipped with D65 LED light (1600lux). Upper lamp shade: 4pcs light,lower light box:8pcs light.
Humanized operation, support re-inspection
Winding main shaft can rotate forward or reversely to facilitate fabric inspection. Equipped with foot pedal to control ,easy to operate.
Speed adjustable
Equipped with imported frequency converter makes the speed of inspection be controlled flexibly.
