In 1993, Jason Yi joined Taili Garment Machinery Factory (a joint venture with Hong Kong enterprises) and grew from the grassroots level. In 2008, he became the general manager and renamed the factory as Yili, opening a new chapter.

For over three decades, Jason Yi has been unswervingly driven by innovation. He deeply understood that "working behind closed doors" wouldn't get him far, he vigorously cooperate with AI tech firms and academia. By marrying cutting-edge tech with hands-on expertise, YILI now flaunts over 30 patents, powering the textile and apparel industry’s dash towards Industry 4.0 and sustainable development.”

Intelligent Upgrade and Innovative Breakthroughs

● In 2022, YILI signed a cooperation agreement with Zhaoqing Institute of Technology to jointly expand the application of artificial intelligence in apparel equipment. ● In 2023, a new factory with an area of 20,000 square meters was built. In the future, YILI will deepen the application of artificial intelligence, expand automated products for pre-sewing and post-sewing processes, and integrate the concept of green and sustainable development deeply into the enterprise's development direction.

2008-2018

Exploration of Intelligentization and Product Expansion

● 2008, renamed to YILI. In response to the call of Industry 4.0, significant investments in the research and development of intelligent equipment. 2018, the first-generation artificial intelligence fabric inspection machine was launched, heralding the era of unmanned fabric inspection. ● 2020, YILI jointly established the "SMARTAPE" company with a leading domestic artificial intelligence technology company, focusing on high-precision fabric detection. In the same year, a new generation of artificial intelligence fabric inspection machine and automatic ironing machine were also launched.

Foundation Accumulation and Steady Development

● 1993, Taili Company was founded (as a joint venture with a Hong Kong enterprise). ● 2002, Taili launched the first fabric steam preshrinking machine, which broke the traditional pre-treatment method and greatly helped enterprises improve garment quality and production efficiency.
