Our team has independently developed the high-precision detection algorithm for fabric defects based on the ISO/MPEG CDVA international standard technology that we led in formulating. This algorithm utilizes the area array detection method, which, despite being more challenging, holds the greatest potential for the future.
Based on the AI algorithm self-learning technology,in complex fabric environments, the machine is empowered to think independently. The more it learns, the smarter it becomes. Even when confronted with the extraction and processing of tens of billions of image features, it can still achieve a near real-time response within milliseconds.
