The fabric enter to the washing area through a tension free automatic release device, scrubbing and washing the fabric by using the threaded shaft.

Multi-Layer Hot Air Circulation Drying

The hot air drying area is equipped with multi-layer imported conveyor belts that operate simultaneously, adopting a hot air internal circulation structure to achieve maximum space utilization, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and zero emissions.

Tension-Free 3-Stage Finishing

The fabric reprocessing area is equipped with steam section, drying section, and cooling section, connected by a conveyor belt.
