Product Feature

Steam humidification is applied to pre-shrink and soften the fabric. A fully - sealed steam chamber structure is utilized to maintain the steam's temperature, humidity, and pressure, allowing for more comprehensive fabric pre - shrinking.

Three rotary workstations can automatically spray steam and blow hot air, powerful hot air blowing function. (Blowing time and steam spray time can adjustable).

Cooling aims to increase the fabric forming effect. A powerful vacuum cooling apparatus is adopted to rapidly cool the fabric and stabilize its dimensions.

Dust - removal device: The drying area is outfitted with a dust - removal unit. It is more user - friendly in operation and mitigates potential safety risks stemming from long - term dust accumulation and high temperatures due to overdue dust removal.

Shutdown delay mechanism: Once the machine is shut down, the conveyor belt will keep running till the drying chamber temperature is low. This ensures that the belt comes to a complete stop in a cooled state, preventing it from being damaged by sudden high - temperature shutdowns.
