Product Feature

A fully sealed steam chamber ensures consistent temperature, humidity, and pressure for more thorough fabric pre‑shrinkage.

Dual‑Heating Drying System

Steam‑heated lower chamber combined with electric‑heated upper chamber optimizes energy efficiency and meets varied fabric‑specific temperature demands.

The entire conveyor belt is equipped with vibration function,let the fiber to be fluffy naturally and relaxation.

The drying area is equipped with a dust removal device, which is more convenient to operate and reduces the potential safety hazards caused by untimely dust removal and high accumulated temperature for a long time.

With electric eye and unique mechanical and electrical device combination (fabric release roller and conveyor belt both controlled by motor),to let fabric shrinking under tension-less condition.

After the shutdown, the conveyor belt will continue to run for 20 minutes, so that the belt is completely stopped in the cooling state, avoid the belt being burned out due to the sudden shutdown of high temperature.

Integrated fabric spreading roller system ensures smooth, wrinkle‑free material flow for even and consistent shrinkage results.
