Product Feature

The machine is equipped with one set of independent pre-heating area,two sets of steam humidification pre-shrinking area, four sets of drying area and one set of cooling area, and each area is connected by conveyor belt.

Pre-heating for heating the mesh belt,avoid low temperature in winter, which may cause water droplets on the mesh belt.

Steam humidification for fabric pre-shrinking & soften.

The fully sealed steam chamber structure is used to ensure the steam temperature, humidity and pressure, so that the fabric can be pre-shrinking more fully.

Cooling for relaxing fabric Adopt strong vacuum cooling device, quickly cooling fabric, stabilize fabric size.With cold air device and independent conveyor belt.

Vibration function

The entire conveyor belt is equipped with vibration function,let the fiber to be fluffy naturally and relaxation.

Spreading fabric

With fabric spreading roller system,to let fabric smoothing and remove fabric wrinkle so that the whole fabric shrinking effect is even.

Drying temperature adjustable & Speed adjustable.

Available for Input Roll fabric and Output Relaxing fabric.
