The machine is configured with a one-stage pre-heater, a two-stage steam shrinking section, a two-stage dryer, and a cooling section.

Pre-heating for heating the mesh belt,avoid low temperature in winter, which may cause water droplets on the mesh belt.

The system delivers a copious supply of high-pressure steam, ensuring optimal conditions for fabric pre-shrinking and softening.

Drying for fabric forming,temperature is adjustable for different type fabric requestment.

An active, high-power suction system removes moisture, thereby maximizing the shrinking effect on the fabric.

Shutdown delay device to protect the belt will not damage by high temperature heating in same area for long time.
