Product Feature

The machine is equipped with one stage of independent pre-heating chamber,two stage of steam pre-shrinking chamber,two stage of drying chamber and one stage of cooling area.

Pre-heating for heating the mesh belt,avoid low temperature in winter, which may cause water droplets on the mesh belt.

Drying for fabric forming,temperature is adjustable for different type fabric requestment.

Strong suction dehumidification function, enhances the shrinking effect.

Vibration function---The entire conveyor belt is equipped with vibration function,let the fiber to be fluffy naturally and relaxation.

Shutdown delay device to protect the belt will not damage by high temperature heating in same area for long time.

Spreading fabric --With fabric spreading roller system,to let fabric smoothing and remove fabric wrinkle so that the whole fabric shrinking effect is even.
