Steam humidification for fabric pre-shrinking & soften.

The fully sealed steam chamber structure is used to ensure the steam temperature, humidity and pressure, so that the fabric can be pre-shrinking more fully.

Heating for fixing fabric--The drying area adopts the upper and lower drying chamber.Lower drying chamber is use steam heating,upper drying chamber is use electric heating. Not only for save energy but also meet the temperature require of different fabric.

vibrating conveyor belt---Gentle vibration across the entire conveyor belt agitates the fibers, promoting natural fluffiness and relaxation.

Trousers waist and trousers leg pull down tension adjustment device, will automatically stop after reaching the set tension.
