Product Feature

The machine is equipped with one set of steam humidification pre-shrinking area,two sets of drying area and one set of cooling area, and each area is connected by conveyor belt.

Steam humidification for fabric pre-shrinking & soften.

The fully sealed steam chamber structure is used to ensure the steam temperature, humidity and pressure, so that the fabric can be pre-shrinking more fully.

Cooling for relaxing fabric---Adopt strong vacuum cooling device, quickly cooling fabric, stabilize fabric size.

Dust remove device---The drying area is equipped with a dust removal device, which is more convenient to operate and reduces the potential safety hazards caused by untimely dust removal and high accumulated temperature for a long time.

Spreading fabric ---With fabric spreading roller system,to let fabric smoothing and remove fabric wrinkle so that the whole fabric shrinking effect is even.

Drying temperature adjustable & Speed adjustable.

Special conveyor belt structure, no need to worry about conveyor belt deviation.

Available for Input Roll fabric and Output Relaxing fabric.
