Product Feature

The machine is equipped with one set of spray humidifying area,one set of steam humidification pre-shrinking area,one set of drying area and one set of cooling area, and each area is connected by conveyor belt.

Steam humidification for fabric pre-shrinking & soften.

The fully sealed steam chamber structure is used to ensure the steam temperature, humidity and pressure, so that the fabric can be pre-shrinking more fully.

Heating for fixing fabric

The drying area adopts the upper and lower drying chamber.

Lower drying chamber is use steam heating,upper drying chamber is use electric heating. Not only for save energy but also meet the temperature require of different fabric.

Spreading fabric

With fabric spreading roller system,to let fabric smoothing and remove fabric wrinkle so that the whole fabric shrinking effect is even.

Special conveyor belt structure, no need to worry about conveyor belt deviation.
