Product Feature

The machine is equipped with one set of inspection area,one set of small steam humidification pre-shrinking area,one set of small drying area, each area is connected by conveyor belt.

Full Width Fabric Inspection.With 55 degree fixed angle inspection screen.

Steam humidification for fabric pre-shrinking & soften.

The drying area adopts the upper and lower drying chamber.

Lower drying chamber is use steam heating,upper drying chamber is use electric heating. Not only for save energy but also meet the temperature require of different fabric.

After the shutdown, the conveyor belt will continue to run for 20 minutes, so that the belt is completely stopped in the cooling state, avoid the belt being burned out due to the sudden shutdown of high temperature.

With electric eye and unique mechanical and electrical device combination (fabric release roller and conveyor belt both controlled by motor),to let fabric shrinking under tension-less condition.

Special conveyor belt structure, no need to worry about conveyor belt deviation.

Measurement,fabric length counting.
