Product Feature

With electric eyes and a unique electro-mechanical setup (where both the feed and rewind rollers are motor-controlled), the system synchronizes fabric feeding, delivery, and rewinding to prevent stretching or deformation of high-elasticity fabrics.

With two sets of fabric spreading roller system,remove fabric wrinkle(for knitted fabric) .

Equipped with high precision digital counter, can switch meter/yard(default:m),counting error: ±0.5% ,precision 0.01mm.

TAs per different fabric rolling requirement, it can perform tensed or relaxed rolling through tension adjustment switch.Equipped with imported frequency converter makes the speed of inspection be controlled flexibly.

Fabric edge alignment controlling for re-rolling fabric.

Upper lamp shade and lower light box ,equipped with D65 LED light (1600lux).

Available for Roll to Roll .
