Ironing steps: Hang a batch of clothing on the feeding track, automatically enter the high-temperature steam zone of the tunnel ironing machine for fabric softening, steam jet wrinkle removal, then transfer to the hot air zone for ironing, drying, disinfection, and finally, after being dehumidified in the cooling zone, it is automatically transferred to the discharge track.
It can iron 800-1000 pieces of clothing per hour, requiring only 1-2 people to operate, greatly reducing large and medium-sized ironing workers, effectively reducing labor costs, and ensuring ironing consistency, improving ironing efficiency. Cuffs, collars, hats, and hems with high ironing requirements can be re ironed with a small iron to achieve better ironing results.
